I am a Visiting Scholar and Habilitand at the school. I focus on fragmented and dynamic occlusion in machine and human vision. My broader scientific interest is in motion analysis, tracking, and the importance of motion perception in object recognition and scene understanding. I am also interested in continual and online visual learning. More details about my work are on my personal webpage.
I offer thesis and guided research topics to interested students. I also teach each semester a master's seminar (IN2107) on the basics and models of neural networks in computer vision.
