Mohamed Souiai received his "Vordiplom" degree in Computer Science in 2007 and his "Diplom" degree in 2010 at the University of Bonn (Germany). In his Diploma thesis he studied second-order methods for Total Variation minimization. Since October 2010 he is a Ph.D student in the Research Group for Computer Vision, Image Processing and Pattern Recognition, University of Munich, Germany, headed by Professor Daniel Cremers.
